The majority of individuals tend to follow the actions and behaviors of the group they belong to, mimicking the ‘herd’ mentality. Bedros would like to share some advice for young men between the ages of 15 and 25, aiming to help them achieve success faster and with less frustration. He has identified 17 pieces of advice that he believes can shape a young man’s future, impacting their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. The advice is also applicable to those beyond 25, as Bedros himself only started implementing these lessons in his 30s. He wants to provide you with an advantage that he didn’t have.

Bedros’ morning routine and ‘stacking little wins’ throughout the day are important. Do not hit the snooze button, drink water, and avoid social media first thing in the morning. Success is not just about big wins, but also about small, consistent victories that build over time. This routine helps build confidence, which is defined as keeping the promises that you make to yourself and others.

Here are five pieces of advice for young men. First, self-confidence is built by keeping promises to oneself and gaining competence in various areas of life. Second, exercise daily, which not only improves physical health but also teaches discipline, consistency, and delayed gratification. Third, eat clean because the body is like a car that needs to be well-maintained. Fourth, track macros to maintain a healthy body. Lastly, develop core values and non-negotiables which act as guidelines for one’s life and eliminate negative influences.

Dream big and protect those dreams, despite potential backlash from others. Go against the herd and stand out, even if it leads to criticism. Avoid vices and addictions because they do not contribute to personal growth. Lastly, develop high-income skills.

Here are four high-income skills: marketing, sales, copywriting, and leadership. These skills can help individuals earn more money, whether they own a business or work for someone else. Do not complain, but instead solve problems optimistically and avoid negative people. Do not marry or date unstable individuals because they can hinder personal and professional growth. Having a lack of impulse control can lead to half-baked plans and poor decisions.

Make a lot of money because financial success can lead to greater opportunities and freedom. Making a lot of money allows you to be an asset to humanity, not a liability. It gives you financial sovereignty and the ability to help others in need. The mindset of being content with just enough money for oneself and one’s family is selfish because it does not consider the needs of others. In his personal experience, Bedros was able to afford experimental medication for his mother’s dementia, which he wouldn’t have been able to do without financial success. Find your passion and pursue it, whether it’s part of your career or not. Don’t settle for the monotony of working just for money and not pursuing passions. This is a form of slavery. The cost of bad health is far greater than the cost of eating clean.

Bedros originally spoke Armenian and learned English as a second language. Effective communication, respect for others, and maintaining a good reputation are important. Poor communication can lead to frustration and misunderstanding, and he recommends resources like Toastmasters International and reading books to improve communication skills. It is also important to show respect to everyone because disrespect can lead to negative consequences. Finally, reputation is also important. Warren Buffett had a quote about how quickly a reputation can be ruined, “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you’ll do things differently.”

Life is full of hardships interspersed with moments of bliss. By facing difficult tasks, one becomes stronger and better prepared for life’s inevitable difficulties.

There is an issue men face in society, particularly the erosion of masculinity and the pressure to conform to societal expectations. Bedros believes that men are being forced into isolation and are being labeled negatively for expressing their thoughts and feelings. He created this show for his son, Andrew, to impart the lessons he has learned throughout his life. Despite the challenges of being open and vulnerable on camera, Bedros is committed to sharing his experiences and wisdom with his audience.

In the past, Bedros used to be a ‘fat, lazy kid’ and then he transformed himself. Now he wants to help others do the same. It’s dangerous to seek approval and validation from others. Live congruently with the man he wants to be. Men are suffering in silence and feel defeated. It is Bedros’ desire to give them hope and inspire them to strive for more. Don’t be content with mediocrity. Be purpose-driven and aim for greatness, like Elon Musk. Rise above unproductive behaviors like playing video games and wasting time on OnlyFans.

It’s time for him to take full responsibility for his life. Stop blaming outside forces for where he finds himself today. Bedros wants him to understand the power of embracing his struggles, sticking to his discipline, and cutting out all the negativity from his life. Bedros has seen how the system tries to push us towards mediocrity, to just scrape by, and he refuses to let that be our fate. Bedros urges him, see himself as the leader, the architect of his own kingdom, no matter what his past may have dished out to him. His message to him is one of empowerment and self-reliance. Let’s rise above together.

Bedros has faced his share of abuse, humiliation, and hardship. Through it all, he has learned strength and resilience. Surviving adversities makes one stronger. Rewrite his story from a victim to a victor. Seek out challenges, not in the form of further harm, but through activities like training for a marathon or learning jiu-jitsu, to continue building resilience and strength.

Challenge himself to do hard things because this prepares him for life’s inevitable hardships. During the pandemic, Bedros decided to take proactive measures to save his Fit Body Boot Camp franchise locations instead of waiting for government assistance. Adopt a mindset of resilience and action, rather than playing the victim. He and Bedros are not merely their bodies, but rather the observers controlling them. They hold the power to dictate their actions and responses to life’s challenges.

There is a difference between the ‘human animal’ and the ‘human being’. The human animal is impulsive, instinctive, selfish, greedy, reactive, and emotional. On the other hand, the human being is enlightened, stoic, and responsive rather than reactive. Have self-awareness and self-control, like resisting unhealthy food cravings. Once a person becomes aware of these two aspects of themselves, they can no longer ignore them without experiencing anxiety, depression, and guilt. Actively participate in their own growth and avoid harmful coping mechanisms. The difference between a ‘crop duster’ and a ‘fighter jet’ is a person who follows their feelings and a person who follows a plan. Have a ‘fighter jet’ lifestyle.

Take deliberate, intentional action to achieve personal growth and success. Complacency and convenience of modern life leads to a lack of discipline and personal responsibility. Those who make excuses for not taking action is a significant factor in personal failure. The decline of personal responsibility, as symbolized by men not re-racking their weights at the gym or leaving shopping carts in parking lots, has led to a decline in masculinity and humanity as a whole. Seek out hardship and discomfort as a means of building mental, physical, and emotional strength.

Mental, emotional, and physical stamina are important for dealing with life’s hardships. The influence of social media, particularly TikTok, is degrading intelligence for its promotion superficial content. Bedros has a preference for intelligent humor and he dislikes cheap laughs. His view on politics is that those who desire to be politicians should be disqualified, and instead, those with good morals, ethics, and successful businesses should be encouraged to lead. Bedros would like a world without borders, but it is the human tendency to create rules and restrictions. The purpose of his show is to bring unity, awaken people, and inspire them to expect more from life

Live life to the fullest, question authority, and strive for financial, physical, and mental freedom. Have self-reliance and do not put anyone on a pedestal. The societal tendency is to tame and control individuals, like a lion being kept in a zoo. Reject victimhood and strive to be a ‘good man’ rather than a ‘nice guy’, where a good man is someone who is a protector, a provider, and a servant to his community. Work on themselves, strive for financial freedom, become physically fit, and make good decisions. Family is important, and to share the lessons you learn with others. Never peak in life. Continually strive for growth and improvement and to be a role model for others.
